Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven account executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with a passion for helping our clients and a proven ability to close deals.


A typical day for an Account Executive will consist of meeting with prospect clients and conducting demonstrations for these prospects. You will attend industry conferences to prompt the firm and our service offering by asking for referrals, working a pipeline, and following up on leads. These leads will be supplemented with email marketing, face-to-face zoom presentations and in-person conferences. Day-to-day leadership and mentoring of this position will be provided by the VP of Operation INS.  Account Executives will receive the tools, programs, and systems necessary to grow their career within the Club Capital organization.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals while exceeding client expectations in value and service
  • Maintain computerized records of all prospects within Hubspot CRM system
  • Lead and conduct virtual appointments to grow relationships with prospects and demonstrate Club Capital services
  • Consistently maintain a strong sales pipeline and display the capability to manage a sales funnel effectively
  • Work across teams to keep others informed of client status (i.e. Club Capital Tax; Club Capital Accounting)
  • Represent Club Capital at various industry focus conferences to promote and pitch services while networking with agents and others vendors
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and outreach
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and consultative meetings with prospective clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experiences
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales or customer-facing roles (B2B or B2C)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed
  • Ability to manage time and priorities effectively
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
