What You’ll Do

  • Own Your Pipeline – Drive net-new revenue by identifying, prospecting, qualifying, and closing new logos
  • Pitch with Insight – Position Buxton’s SaaS solutions as a must-have for retail decision-makers
  • Collaborate to Close – Partner with BDRs and marketing to refine messaging, surface new leads, and drive efficiency
  • Sell with Data – Leverage powerful analytics, geo-intelligence, and real-world use cases to build urgency
  • Crush Your Quota – Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly activity + revenue targets

Where You’ll Work

This is a remote role based in the U.S. Occasional travel may be required for team events or key meetings.

What You Bring

Must-Haves:

  • 2+ years in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales or technology sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in outbound sales
  • Strong communicator with a consultative, ROI-driven sales approach
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred); prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, Outreach, etc.)
  • Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience selling into retail, QSR, or multi-location businesses
  • Familiarity with location analytics, predictive modeling, or segmentation tools
  • Knowledge of sales frameworks like MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

On Target Earnings potential (OTE): $180,000. Includes a $90,000 base salary + uncapped commission. Your total package may include additional incentives and bonus eligibility, depending on experience and location.
