The Account Executive, Renewal Sales will work with and support other business areas and senior management to increase account penetration, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.  What you will do:<ul class="ignore-global-css"><li class="ignore-global-css" style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Create and drive revenue within a specified region or list of accounts</li><li class="ignore-global-css" style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Drive revenue and own the full cycle sales process including prospecting, negotiating contracts, and closing renewal business with customers</li><li class="ignore-global-css" style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Provide recommendations based on a customer’s business needs and usage patterns</li><li class="ignore-global-css" style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to thoroughly qualify leads and sales opportunities, leverage business from new and established relationships, and strategize, negotiate, and close business. </li><li class="ignore-global-css" style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Handle inbound customer communication and organize/escalate issues appropriately: billing, legal, security, and technical inquiries</li><li class="ignore-global-css" style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate and work with different members (Underwriting, Leadership, etc.) to build strategic financial plans for customers</li><li class="ignore-global-css" style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Educate and effectively communicate to customers the value of Cash Advance</li><li class="ignore-global-css" style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop trusted internal and customer relationships to created win-win sales relationships</li><li class="ignore-global-css" style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Effectively manage a pipeline working within a defined sales process</li><li class="ignore-global-css" style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Properly communicate the status of a deal to internal management included senior leadership with realistic timelines and hurdles to the overall success of a particular deal</li></ul> What we are looking for: <ul class="ignore-global-css"><li class="ignore-global-css" style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and job experience preferred</li><li class="ignore-global-css" style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">1+ years of prior full sales cycle experience, ideally in Financial Services and/or consultative sales with demonstrable experience delivering</li><li class="ignore-global-css" style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You have experience (and should enjoy!) collaborating with internal sales teams</li><li class="ignore-global-css" style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience selling that can be used across multiple products.
