This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing sales professional to drive growth and retention across a portfolio of top-tier enterprise clients. In this role, you’ll manage complex relationships with leading brands and retailers, position data-driven products as essential solutions, and lead the commercial strategy for renewals and expansion. You’ll partner closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and product adoption, while uncovering new opportunities to grow revenue. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S., with compensation aligned to NYC standards.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise-level clients, driving retention and revenue growth through strategic account management.
  • Lead the end-to-end commercial relationship including renewals, upsells, and expansion into new buying centers.
  • Identify client needs and position data products as “must-have” solutions through consultative selling.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including budget owners, senior executives, and procurement teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (solutions, client strategy) to deliver customized insights and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Own forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting for your book of business.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in subscription-based or data product sales to large enterprise brands or retailers.
  • Proven ability to manage the full client lifecycle—from onboarding to renewals and upsells.
  • Strong background in contract negotiation and stakeholder management within complex organizational structures.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving account expansion.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), emotional intelligence, and relationship-building ability.
  • Strategic mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for solving client challenges with data.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
