We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to drive sales growth and strengthen client relationships in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment. This role requires building and maintaining strong partnerships with new and existing clients, identifying opportunities to expand services, and delivering solutions tailored to customer needs. You will collaborate across teams to implement strategic sales plans, forecast market trends, and achieve ambitious revenue goals. Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients while nurturing existing accounts.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, ensuring high performance across the territory.
  • Expand and manage a robust client database to maintain engagement and retention.
  • Respond to incoming leads promptly and effectively to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor offerings and position solutions to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align customer solutions with organizational goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of sales experience in public safety or related industries, OR 5+ years of direct sales experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in public safety, either through direct service (e.g., police, fire, EMS) or sales roles targeting these markets.
  • Knowledge of Two-Way Radio, Land Mobile Radio, or critical communications preferred.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, service-first mindset.
  • Strong self-motivation, personal drive, and ability to work independently.
  • High energy, results-oriented, and accountable with a focus on detail and project ownership.
