As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by building relationships with retail agents and brokers in the Los Angeles area. This position requires frequent in-person client visits within the territory, making it ideal for someone who thrives on networking, relationship-building, and strategic selling. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, presenting premium finance solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage of the process. This is a fully remote role with extensive travel in the region, offering a balance of autonomy, support, and career growth in a collaborative, people-focused environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and close new business opportunities with retail insurance agents and brokers in your assigned territory.
  • Present premium finance and digital payment solutions effectively, highlighting value and benefits.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to client needs and ensuring strong, long-term relationships.
  • Execute strategic sales planning to build agency channels and increase market presence.
  • Maintain consistent in-person, phone, email, and virtual communication with clients to foster trust and engagement.
  • Stay informed on competitors, industry trends, and new technologies to position solutions competitively.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify client challenges and propose tailored solutions.
  • Participate in continuous sales training to refine techniques, strengthen objection handling, and improve results.

Requirements

  • Residence in the Los Angeles area with the ability to travel frequently within the territory.
  • Preferred bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of business development or sales experience, ideally within financial services or insurance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, or the ability to quickly learn new platforms.
  • Strong achievement orientation, relationship management skills, and effective communication abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage time effectively while maintaining a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and digital platforms.
