Account Executive Heath and Human Services (HHS) - Full Time - Remote
We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of selling software solutions to state and local government agencies. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments and experience navigating government procurement processes.
As an Account Executive, you'll leverage your government sales expertise and interpersonal skills to deeply understand agency challenges, position our solutions effectively, and foster long-term partnerships. Your work will directly contribute to improving public services while helping government agencies meet their funding and compliance requirements.
Our collaborative team culture supports both individual achievement and collective success. You'll work with marketing, product, customer success, and other sales team members to ensure seamless customer experiences while driving revenue growth in your assigned territory.
Job Type / Schedule
Full-time employee, 40 hours per week, remote.
Lyssn, io, Inc. is based out of Seattle, WA. The majority of work can be conducted remotely through telecommuting. The applicant must be able to accommodate clients business hours in their assigned territory. Travel to customer sites, conferences, and in-person Lyssn team meetings is required regularly throughout the year.

Salary Range
Compensation package includes base salary plus commission, commensurate with experience. Expected OTE range is $190,000 to $220,000 with the opportunity to exceed the range with high performance. New Lyssn employees may be granted stock options (subject to board approval).
