One of our companies is currently looking for an Account Executive, Growth in San Francisco, California.

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Account Executive to lead strategic growth efforts across large, complex enterprise accounts. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, developing multi-layered account strategies, and engaging deeply with technical stakeholders such as software engineers, architects, and engineering leaders. You will be instrumental in expanding our footprint within global organizations by identifying new revenue opportunities and delivering value-driven solutions. Success in this position requires a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach and a proven ability to close complex, high-value deals. You'll work cross-functionally with customer success, product, and solutions architecture teams to create seamless customer journeys and long-term partnerships.

Accountabilities:

  • Own and manage end-to-end sales cycles for key enterprise accounts, from initial engagement to contract close
  • Develop and execute account strategies that scale revenue and product adoption within multiple business units
  • Engage deeply with technical decision-makers to understand use cases and position solutions effectively
  • Lead complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and long decision timelines
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience
  • Continuously identify high-value growth opportunities and adapt strategies to meet evolving customer needs

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a strong record of closing high-value, technical deals
  • Proven ability to sell to software engineers, architects, and technical leaders within large organizations
  • Strong familiarity with developer tools, infrastructure software, and consumption-based sales models
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with both technical and executive stakeholders
  • Ability to navigate and grow relationships within matrixed enterprise environments
  • Comfortable in high-growth, startup settings and able to execute with minimal oversight
  • A passion for technology and solving complex customer problems through innovative solutions
