This role sits at the intersection of data, analytics, and financial services, focusing on driving new business growth while strengthening long-term client partnerships. You will act as a trusted advisor to financial institutions, helping them leverage advanced data and technology solutions to improve performance, manage risk, and unlock new opportunities. Operating within a named-account territory, you will be responsible for both strategic relationship management and proactive business development. The role requires a strong ability to understand complex client needs and translate them into tailored solutions that deliver measurable impact. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to shape go-to-market strategies, expand revenue opportunities, and enhance customer success. Success in this position comes from combining consultative selling skills with deep curiosity about how data transforms financial services. This is a high-impact, client-facing role in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.


Accountabilities:
  • Drive new business development, account growth, and retention across a defined portfolio of financial services clients.
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor on data, analytics, and technology solutions.
  • Identify and pursue cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue growth.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while managing a structured pipeline and accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to design, position, and deliver tailored client solutions.
  • Analyze client needs and industry trends to uncover new opportunities and emerging revenue streams.
  • Advocate for the voice of the customer internally to help shape and improve product and solution offerings.
  • Manage complex sales cycles, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and successful deal execution.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management roles.
  • Proven experience selling into financial services organizations or similar regulated industries.
  • Strong track record of developing new business opportunities as well as expanding existing accounts.
  • Ability to manage full sales cycles, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to prioritize opportunities and manage time effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Excellent communication and consultative selling skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Strong understanding of how data, analytics, and technology solutions drive business value in financial services.
