Key Responsibilities
- Development of a territory and account-specific sales plan.
- Execution of plan to meet sales quotas.
- Delivery of technical/scientific seminars and presentations on Advanced Cell Diagnostics products and their capabilities.
- Effectively prospect and generate new customer leads; savvy molecular hunter.
- Utilization and maintenance of Salesforce.com
- Demonstrate role and relevance of Advanced Cell Diagnostics product portfolio and provide consultation to customers on same.
- Demonstrate command of scientific knowledge to engage in collaborative sale.
- Partner cross-functionally to appropriately address the needs of customer base.
- Engage customers in both simple and complex sales environment.
- Develop and maintain strong customer connections at various levels in the customer organization.
- Successfully navigate representing new technology and ACD brand.
- Engage in accurate forecasting and Salesforce.com activities.
Requirements
- BSc in Molecular Biology or related life science/genetics field
- 5+ years commercial science Sales experience, particularly directed toward Pharmaceutical & Biotech Companies
- Goal oriented, competitive, persistent, consummate new customer recruitment personality constantly striving for personal growth.
- Cell&Gene Therapy/RNAi/ASO/CRO/Biomarker/Target Validation or Selling Services experience a plus.
