We do not conduct interviews via instant messaging.</p></div><h1>About the Role</h1><p>We are seeking an experienced and driven Account Executive to join our small, senior-level sales team at Tebra. In this role, you will partner closely with medical billing companies, enabling them to adopt our product to drive business growth. A successful candidate for this role will possess a high level of business acumen, technical aptitude, and superior communication skills. We are looking for a self starter with a proven track record in a sales role, exceeding quota and metrics.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><h1>Your Area of Focus</h1><ul><li>Prospect and hunt for new clients through proactive outbound efforts, utilizing existing databases and referral networks.</li><li>Manage lead pipeline from initial contact, qualification, and discovery to proactively convert all qualified prospects.</li><li>Master Tebra product and value propositions to lead effective product demonstrations.&nbsp;</li><li>Build and maintain a detailed customer pipeline to ensure value driven follow up, stage progression, and accurate weekly forecast.</li><li>Identify areas of expansion for new clients and schedule consistent account reviews to upsell.</li><li>Report detailed weekly forecast and execution plan to leadership.</li><li>Consistently achieve performance metrics for quota attainment, conversion rate, win rate and successful product adoption.</li><li>Foster strong cross functional collaboration across customer success, marketing and sales to deliver an exceptional customer experience.</li></ul><h1>Your Professional Qualifications</h1><ul><li>2+ years in a sales role as an individual contributor.</li><li>Industry experience in healthcare SaaS or technology preferred, but not required.</li><li>Experience with carrying a revenue quota, forecasting and pipeline management.</li><li>Passionate about fostering and growing strong relationships.</li><li>Adept at problem solving and is not afraid of a challenge or change in process.</li><li>Strong organizational mindset and attention to detail.</li><li>Lifelong learner, always curious and asks questions.</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Comfort with Google suite, Salesforce, Outreach, and other sales technology platforms.</li></ul><p><strong><em>(For Recruiter use only)</em></strong><strong> #LI-AH1 #LI-Remote</strong></p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>In compliance with California's pay transparency laws, the compensation range for this position will be provided and may include an hourly rate, annual salary, or On-Target Earnings (OTE), depending on the nature of the role.
