Handling billions of monthly interactions for leading companies like Upwork, Grammarly, Airtable, and Datadog, Forethought’s AI agents think, act, and improve — delivering better customer experiences and scalable business impact.</p></div><p>We are tackling a $400B+ market opportunity, and we’re assembling a world-class team of Account Executives to help us get there. </p><h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3><p>This is a <strong>full-cycle Account Executive</strong> role responsible for owning both inbound and outbound opportunities, managing deals from initial discovery through close, and driving expansion within existing customer accounts.</p><p>In this role, you will work closely with customer experience and support leaders at mid-market and enterprise organizations to understand their operational challenges and help them adopt AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency, reduce support burden, and deliver better customer outcomes.</p><p>This role is well suited for an experienced B2B SaaS seller who enjoys consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and is comfortable selling a technical, AI-enabled platform. You will partner closely with Solutions, Implementation, and Customer Success teams throughout the sales process to ensure strong alignment and long-term customer value.</p><p><strong>What You'll Be Doing (Responsibilities):</strong> </p><ul><li>Identify high-potential business and verticals and develop and execute outbound strategies to bring them to Forethought</li><li>Turn inbound demand into happy Forethought customers</li><li>Manage our sales pipeline, utilizing the sales process and playbook in place.</li><li>Define and communicate the specific benefits of Forethought appropriate for each user, from the first discovery, demo and trial process. </li><li>Own New Business opportunities from start-to-finish along with Expansion for our current customer base.</li></ul><p><strong>Who You Are (Skill): </strong></p><ul><li>7+ years in a closing and quota-carrying role, while consistently exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets</li><li>Experience in B2B SaaS.
