Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through close and expansion
Develop relationships with AI leaders, engineering teams, platform teams, security teams, and executive stakeholders
Run product demos and help customers understand how White Circle fits into their AI stack
Navigate complex buying processes involving technical teams, legal, procurement, and executive decision-makers
Identify high-value use cases and guide customers through evaluation and deployment
Work closely with CEO on strategic opportunities
Provide structured customer feedback to product and engineering teams
Help develop the messaging, sales process, and playbooks that will support future growth
Drive pipeline, revenue, and customer adoption
Has experience selling technical B2B software to enterprise customers
Can quickly understand complex technical products and communicate their value clearly
Is comfortable speaking with both engineers and executives
Can operate effectively without established playbooks or rigid processes
Has strong commercial instincts and excellent communication skills
Thrives in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve quickly
Is fluent in English
A big plus if you
Have sold AI, infrastructure, developer tools, cybersecurity, cloud, or platform products
Have been an early sales hire at a startup
Have experience as a software engineer, solutions engineer, sales engineer, or in another technical role
Have founded a company or built something from scratch
You've closed and expanded strategic customer relationships
You've helped establish repeatable sales processes and messaging
You've built strong relationships across the AI ecosystem
Customer feedback has directly influenced product decisions
Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 base
