About the role:

The Account Executive is responsible for building and managing a high-quality district sales pipeline that consistently meets and exceeds quarterly and annual revenue targets. This role drives new district acquisition, student growth, SaaS revenue, and downstream transaction volume opportunities across the Givebacks platform.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role focused on expanding Givebacks’ footprint within K–12 districts by engaging executive-level stakeholders, navigating complex buying committees, and closing multi-site agreements.


What you'll do:

Full-Cycle Sales Execution

  • Prospect, qualify, demo, and close new district opportunities
  • Navigate district buying committees including Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership
  • Articulate the full Givebacks ecosystem value proposition (Payments + SaaS + Compliance + Transaction Growth)
  • Maintain CRM integrity and adhere to sales methodology standards

Field & Relationship Development

  • Attend ASBO and regional conferences within assigned region
  • Build trusted relationships with district leaders and ASBO influencers
  • Generate new pipeline through in-person networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships
  • Travel is expected 30-40% of the time for tradeshows, onsite visits etc. 

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistently hitting or exceeding quarterly and annual SaaS revenue targets
  • Expanding student count footprint and contracted building count year over year
  • Building durable executive-level relationships across districts
  • Creating strong handoffs to Implementation and Customer Success to unlock downstream transaction volume
  • Maintaining clean pipeline visibility and accurate forecasting
