The Role

As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle for large mid-market and enterprise accounts, mostly for companies with 1,000+ employees. You’ll lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes, build trusted relationships with CMOs and VPs of Marketing, and consistently convert qualified pipeline into closed revenue.

This is a true closing role for experienced AEs who thrive in high-performance, sales-led environments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a full-cycle B2B SaaS sales roles. GTM tech is a huge plus!
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets with 5-6 figure ACV deals and driving revenue growth.
  • Pipeline Generation: You understand the importance of building consistent pipeline. You’re comfortable across the sales development organization in both prospecting and qualifying your surfaced opportunities.
  • Passionate about Sales Process & Rigor: You are comfortable running end-to-end sales cycles. You understand the importance of how to properly forecast a book of business and keep the business informed on the status of deals, customer blockers, and accelerants.
  • Proficiency with a Modern Sales Stack: You are proficient in a modern sales stack including a CRM, sales engagement platform, prospecting and qualification tools, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication skills: articulate clearly both verbally and in writing.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be a key member of the team in the scaling of the motion. Because of this, you must be comfortable with ambiguity and have a builder's mindset.

Salary Info

This position accommodates various levels of experience and expertise. During our interview process, we will evaluate your background alongside local market data, employing a combination of technical and qualitative assessments to establish your placement within our range. We will discuss compensation during our initial conversation and maintain transparency throughout the process regarding the level we believe best aligns with your qualifications within our organization.

Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 OTE, but our sales teams have consistently achieved 150%+ of their quarterly quota, so you will earn a lot more if you're successful due to our uncapped commission and generous accelerator structure. The salary range does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary, benefits, commission and company stock options.
