In this role, you will drive new business growth through proactive prospecting, relationship-building, and closing sales opportunities in the hospitality, residential, and short-term rental markets. You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to identify, engage, and nurture leads while consistently achieving sales targets. The position requires a strong understanding of enterprise software, digital marketing, and ancillary services, along with excellent communication and presentation skills. You will represent the company at industry events, deliver compelling demos, and provide solutions that address client needs. This role is remote, with occasional travel required for client meetings, trade shows, and strategic initiatives. Success in this role comes from being highly self-motivated, competitive, and able to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.


Accountabilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, lead follow-up, and strategic account management.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective campaigns.
  • Present and demonstrate solutions to prospects, clearly communicating value and addressing business challenges.
  • Maintain accurate data and reporting in CRM, including weekly forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and in-market acquisition trips.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and demos to groups and individual clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in hospitality, residential, or short-term rental industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing trends, techniques, and enterprise software solutions.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with comfort speaking to groups of 50+ people.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with team members and managing multiple priorities.
  • Energetic phone presence and excellent active listening skills.
  • Willingness to travel quarterly (3–4 times per year).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
