The Channel Company is actively seeking Account Executives and Business Development Representatives to sell for our Communities business—media and events. This is your chance to join a powerhouse team, gain hands-on experience, and grow your career in an exciting, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage & Sell – Build strong relationships with clients and provide solutions that drive their success.
• Strategize & Close Deals – Identify new business opportunities, understand client goals, and present tailored solutions.
• Lead the Charge – Manage inbound leads and proactively seek out new prospects.
• Drive Revenue – Use CRM tools to track sales activity, stay on top of your pipeline, and hit (or exceed!) sales targets.
• Collaborate & Win Together – Work alongside marketing, product, and account management teams to deliver outstanding results.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of professional experience (sales or customer-facing roles a plus!)
• Strong communicator with a knack for building rapport quickly
• A hunter who thrives on finding new business
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to take initiative
• Quick learner who thrives in a dynamic, ever-changing market
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools? Even better!
• Media or Event sales experience? Huge plus!

The pay range for this role is:

70,000.00 - 100,000.00 USD per year (Remote (United States))
