About the role


Essential Functions

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SaaS Account Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities within healthcare and non-profit sectors. This includes community-based organizations, health systems, and organizations that employ Community Health Workers.. This is a quota-carrying sales position that requires a strong track record of exceeding sales targets and a strong understanding of community-based care coordination and whole-person care models.


What you'll do...


Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through cold outreach, external events, local associations and coalitions, and other relevant networking opportunities 
  • Engage with prospects to identify and understand their pain points and needsLead high value discovery calls to demonstrate the function and utility of Pear Suite’s Care Navigation Platform.Position Pear Suite’s value proposition effectively based on a solid understanding of the competitive landscape, technology, and individual buyer needs.
  • Expertly assess buyers (decision makers and champions); building persona-appropriate approaches and bringing value to each interaction
  • Own the entire sales cycle; prospecting, discovery, product demos and closing.
  • Accurately manage and forecast your sales pipeline and maintain detailed reports of your sales activities 

Qualifications


Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales, in healthcare or non-profit sector
  • Familiarity with the needs and interests of ideal customer personas, specifically community-based organizations and health plans
  • Strong understanding of selling digital health technology and the healthcare industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a complex sales process, from lead generation to close, including negotiating contracts and pricing
  • Excellent communication skills, including by email, video conference, and phone
  • Strong computer skills; ability to learn and operate web-based systems effectively
  • Confidentiality when dealing with confidential matters or sensitive subjects
  • Comfortable with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, primarily HubSpot
  • Develop strong professional relationships to increase partnerships and referrals
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel to industry events as needed
