QuantHub is seeking a results-oriented Account Executive to join our growing team, focusing on expanding our footprint in the fast-evolving landscape of digital transformation. As an integral part of our sales function, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue through consistent and strategic management of your sales pipeline. This position is ideal for a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with a strong ability to engage with prospective clients, qualify leads, and close deals effectively.

QuantHub is an AI-driven learning and assessment platform specializing in data fluency, artificial intelligence (AI), and cybersecurity training across corporate, government, and educational sectors. Since 2018, the company has built a reputation for adaptive learning, micro-credentialing, and workforce development that aligns with market needs.

Requirements

  • Pipeline Management & Execution: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, moving opportunities efficiently through the sales process to close.
  • Lead Engagement: Manage and nurture sourced leads by engaging prospects, understanding their needs, and articulating QuantHub’s unique value proposition.
  • Consistent Revenue Generation: Focus on achieving individual sales targets by managing a high volume of deals across various stages of the pipeline.
  • Solution Selling: Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand prospective clients’ pain points and align QuantHub’s offerings to their needs.
  • Hubspot & Data Accuracy: Use Hubspot to track interactions, forecast pipeline performance, and maintain accurate records of all client communications.
  • Feedback & Insights Sharing: Actively communicate client feedback and market insights to the broader team, contributing to continuous improvement and market alignment.

Qualifications

  • Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a B2B sales environment, ideally within technology or SaaS, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Pipeline Management Skills: Expertise in managing and optimizing a personal pipeline to achieve revenue goals.
  • Strong Communication & Presentation Skills: Ability to clearly convey complex concepts and build rapport with prospective clients.
  • Goal-Oriented: Motivated by achieving targets and consistently delivering results.
  • Adaptable & Resilient: Thrives in a dynamic, growth-stage company and can adjust to changes in direction as the business evolves.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the Education Sector: Familiarity with higher education or curriculum providers is a plus.
  • Experience in Digital Transformation or Technology Sales: While not required, familiarity with AI, data science, or related fields is a plus.
  • Self-Motivated & Detail-Oriented: Capable of independently managing priorities and staying organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
