We are a Seattle-based startup. We are looking for someone to build the business from 0 to 1.
Requirements and qualifications
3+ years of experience in a new business quota carrying role at a B2B SaaS company
Proven capability to own and exceed $1M+ in quota
Enterprise software selling experience - specifically selling through internal champions, consultative selling, aligning to executive level initiatives, and multi-threading across functions and levels to drive alignment and overcome blockers
Experience in selling to private equity, investment banks, hedge funds, fortune 500, and solution-based selling to C-suite and senior leadership
Exceptional written and verbal communication and attention to detail in all forms (docs, emails, Slack messages, PowerPoint presentations) and at all levels (from analyst to CXO)
Excitement to build the foundations of sales at an early stage and rapidly growing startup
Ability to carry a plan sale over the entire sales cycle from prospecting to conversion
Manage the CRM database with customer information, goals, KPIs, and satisfaction quotients, so product and engineering teams can make data-driven decisions

Building strong champions through key POCs in continuous improvement & operations
Demonstrating our product and solution virtually and occasionally in person
Building detailed businesses-cases
Managing technical trials and proof-of-concepts

The base salary range for this position in the United States is $80,000-$110,000 per year, plus commission (and bonus), with an overall OTE exceeding $160,000
Eligibility for an additional end of year performance bonus, commissions (when applicable) and/or equity options may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, dental & vision insurance, financial, 401(K) and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
