However, due to the work dynamic and client requirements, this person is expected to work aligned with Pacific Time business hours.</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>ABOUT YOU</strong></p><p>As an Account Coordinator, you will be an expert in production work at DEPT® and will support your account teams by executing production tasks quickly, with high quality, and error-free. Our AC’s are analytical, detail-oriented, and they understand the “Why” when it comes to activation strategy, budgeting, bidding, and testing methodology. As an Account Coordinator, you will have a good understanding of Paid Search, proficiency in Excel/Sheets, and experience in Retail Search. You will own activation strategy, campaign management, and communication of specific portions of client accounts. Our AC’s are capable communicators and vital members of our large account teams at DEPT®!</p><p><strong>You’ll be responsible for:</strong></p><ul><li>Developing a strong proficiency in core paid media channel execution within Amazon Search, Walmart Search, Best Buy Search and Target Search.</li><li>Determining the best methodology for a campaign build: overall theme, keywords, audiences, parameters, settings, ads, etc. to best hit client goals.</li><li>Monitoring campaigns daily to look for performance fluctuations and trends.</li><li>Developing client-facing performance write-ups for the Account Manager’s review.</li><li>Crafting clear and compelling internal and external communications.</li><li>Understanding different bidding methodologies (smart bidding vs manual) and the strategy behind the bid adjustments as well as owning the implementation from standard bids to other modifiers as needed.</li><li>Understanding key concepts around audience strategy (remarketing, audience targeting/layering, persona development).</li><li>Working collaboratively and cross-functionally across internal channels to manage project deliverables and ensure client satisfaction</li></ul><p><strong>You’ll need to have:</strong></p><ul><li>A minimum of 6 months’ paid search experience (Amazon Search ideal, Google Ads or Facebook Ads acceptable) and be comfortable with topics such as budgeting, bidding, and testing methodology</li><li>Proven prior work experience in a production-oriented or similar role</li><li>Strong analytical and reporting skills and be proficient in Excel; you already know vlookup, pivot tables, concatenating, text to columns, and love working with numbers</li></ul><p><strong>Additional things that will impress us:</strong> </p><ul><li>An Amazon/Walmart Search Ads certification</li><li>You are an energetic and creative search marketing enthusiast; eager to roll up your sleeves and be hands on, learn, and grow in the search engine marketing space</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li><li>You are entrepreneurial spirited and a self-starter; able to work both independently and in a team environment</li><li>A desire to stay current with the latest marketing trends</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>WHAT DO WE OFFER?</strong></p><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We are a collaborative, open-door, best-idea-wins environment that fosters personal and company growth and has fun doing it.
