Thrive in a remote work environment
Prior experience (5+ years) in growth marketing or performance marketing at a consumer fintech startup, establishing and scaling paid advertising channels and measurement
Motivated to use AI, automation, and data tools in your day-to-day work to push the boundaries of what a single individual can do
Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, handles shifting priorities fluidly, and works effectively with product, engineering, data science, design, and other cross-functional teams
Proficient with SQL

Efficiently scale our customer acquisition
Define, monitor and grow key performance indicators for user acquisition, customer activation, and customer lifetime value
Generate, source, edit, optimize, experiment with, and deploy creative to scale acquisition
Drive rapid experimentation and creative tests in collaboration with cross-functional partners to continuously improve performance
Work with product, design, engineering, and data teams to enhance onboarding funnel performance
Implement rigorous methodologies to accurately measure channel effectiveness and true business impact
Establish foundational marketing processes and practices for scaling acquisition across existing and new channels
Directly impact millions of underserved individuals’ ability to access credit
Work with minimal bureaucracy, significant ownership, and have broad impact
