This is a shop floor role. You will be assigned to a primary decoration method, trained on it, responsible for hitting output and quality targets consistently.Our decoration methods include embroidery, debossing, heat transfer, screen printing, luggage printing, and seamstress / sewing work, among others. You will be placed based on your background and our production needs.Responsibilities<ul><li>Set up, operate, and maintain your assigned decoration equipment – embroidery, debossing, heat transfer, screen printing, luggage printing, seamstress / sewing, and others</li><li>Run daily production against output and quality targets</li><li>Inspect finished pieces against job specs before they move downstream – placement, registration, color, stitch count, and construction</li><li>Identify and resolve defects immediately; escalate to your Lead when needed</li><li>Execute job changeovers using setup sheets and decoration specs</li><li>Perform pre-shift machine readiness checks and daily cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance</li><li>Handle first-level troubleshooting on your equipment</li><li>Log output counts, defects, and downtime in the production system in real time</li><li>Communicate material shortages, equipment issues, or quality problems to your Lead as they happen</li><li>Support finishing work including trimming, folding, tagging, bagging, and packing as needed</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS: <ul><li>Experience in garment decoration, embroidery, apparel construction, or a related production environment strongly preferred – we will also train candidates coming from other production or manufacturing backgrounds with transferable skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality – placement, registration, color, construction</li><li>Ability to follow SOPs consistently and flag issues without being asked</li><li>Reliable and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when needed</li><li>Bilingual English / Spanish a plus</li></ul>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>Lifting up to 50 pounds</li><li>Standing and walking throughout the entirety of your shift</li><li>Ability to go up and down stairs, use of ladders throughout the day as needed</li><li>Bending, twisting, or kneeling may be required throughout the day for lifting or maneuvering objects</li><li>May be asked to work outside or travel to shoots off-site as needed</li><li>Work in a production environment with machinery noise and variable temperature</li></ul>Pay Range: $22 - 23/hour with overtime opportunities available<div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description">All posted ranges are reflective of base salary and may vary depending upon experience level and location.
